He was born Feb. 18, 1905, in Meyersdale, the son of the late Frank and Flora (Cornell) Bridegum. Preceded in death by a daughter, Sara Jane, in 1938; also two brothers. Survived by his widow, the former Evelyn Mosgrave; and these sons: Harry F., Berlin; William E., Silver Springs, Md.; Wayne D. and David E., both of College Park, Md.; seven grandchildren. He was a brother of: Mrs. Earl (Lottie) Wallace, Whittier, Calif.; Walter, Glendora, Calif.; and Roy, Dayton, Ohio. Friends are being received in the Johnson and Son Funeral Home, Berlin, where services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Ralph E. Mills officiating. Interment, I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Berlin.
