Brinham, 94, Somerset, passed on May 3, 2005, at home. Born April 4, 1911, in Norristown, she is the daughter of the late Charles and Sophie (Deller) Jackson. She is survived by her son, David Brinham, and his wife, Connie (Kaufman), Johnstown and her faithful caregiver, Kris Plummer, Friedens. She is a 1928 graduate of Cathedral High School in Denver, Colo., and attended Woodbury College in Los Angeles, Calif. She was employed at People's Bank and later U.S. Bank, in Somerset, Fidelity Bank in Philadelphia and Riggs Bank in Washington, D.C. She then was employed by the Somerset Hospital. She was the first female assistant cashier in Somerset. She also did volunteer work at Somerset Hospital and the Mary S. Biesecker Public Library. She was a member of the Somerset Business and Professional Women's Club and the Soroptomist Club. She was a member of St. Peter's Church in Somerset. A funeral Mass will be held 9:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Peter's Church. The Rev. Monsignor Samuel Tomaselli celebrant. The Mass will be followed by visitation from 2 to 5 and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, Somerset. A vigil for the deceased will be held at 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Private interment will be at Grandview Cemetery, Johnstown. Memorial contributions may be sent to "In Touch" Hospice at 1590 N. Center Ave., Somerset, PA
