  FANNIE BROADWATER
  
    Miss Fannie Broadwater, 73, of Cumberland, Md.; died Oct. 14, 1979
  at Sacred Heart Hospital.
    She was born in Garrett County, Md.; and was a daughter of the late
  Mortimer Bittinger and Ida (Belle) Bittinger.
    Surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Bessie Weir, Frostburg; Mrs. Laura
  Smith, Cumberland, Md.; Mrs. Margaret Green, Alexandria, Va.; and Mrs.
  Mary Christine Smith, Grantsville; and two brothers, Charles
  Broadwater of Frostburg, Md.; and Elbert Broadwater, Swanton, Md.
    Friends were received at the Eichorn Funeral Home, Cumberland, Md.
