  FOSTER E. BROADWATER
  
    Foster E. Broadwater, 56, of McConnellsburg, died Oct. 3, 1980 in
  Hagerstown, Md.
    He was a son of the late Austin C. Broadwater and H. Gretchen
  (Otto) Broadwater.
    He is survived by his widow, Virginia (Younkin) Broadwater, two
  sons, Austin E. Broadwater, McConnellsburg and Samuel A. Broadwater,
  Waterfall; two brothers, Hubert S. Broadwater, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio;
  and Wayne O. Broadwater, Meyersdale RD 3, and four grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the McCauley-Kelso Funeral Home,
  McConnellsburg, and at the Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury.  Services
  were conducted in the Thomas Funeral Home by the Rev. Maurice E.
  Smith.  Interment will be in Salisbury Cemetery.
