  FREDERICK D. BROADWATER
  
    Frederick David Broadwater, 50, Perry Hall, died Wednesday, Jan.
  18, 1989, at Fallston General Hospital.
    Born Nov. 16, 1938, in New Germany, he was the son of Mary Helen
  (Otto) Broadwater, Grantsville, Md., and the late Ira R. Broadwater.
    He was a welder-mechanic, an Army veteran, and a member of
  Operating Engineers Local 37, Baltimore.
    Surviving in addition to his mother are his widow, Joyce W.
  (Waltemeyer) Broadwater; one son, Donald W. Broadwater, at home; four
  brothers, William Broadwater, Baltimore, Md.; and Odell Broadwater,
  Thomas Broadwater and Willard Broadwater, all of Grantsville, Md.
    Friends were received at the Shimunek Funeral Home, Perry Hall,
  where services were conducted Friday at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Beutel. 
  Interment, Parkwood Garden of Devotion Cemetery, Baltimore, Md.
