  HAZEL GRETCHEN BROADWATER
  
    Hazel Gretchen Broadwater, 81, of Waterfall, Pa. formerly of
  Salisbury, died Feb. 29, 1980 in Fulton County Medical Center.
    She was born Dec. 31, 1898 in New Germany, Md., daughter of the
  late Christopher and Clara (Arendt) Otto.  She was preceded in death
  by her husband, Austin C. Broadwater.
    She is survived by three sons: Foster E., of McConnelsburg; Hubert
  S., of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; and Wayne O., Meyersdale RD 3; two
  sisters: Mrs. Rosalyn Broadwater and Miss Ruth Otto, both of Akron,
  Ohio; 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
    She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ of Salisbury.
    Friends were received at the Thomas Funeral Home, where services
  were held with the Rev. David E. Fetter officiating.  Interment,
  Salisbury Cemetery.
