  HUBERT BROADWATER
  
    Hubert S. "Butch" Broadwater, 67, died Dec. 12, 1993, in Cuyahoga
  Falls, Ohio, where he lived since 1953.
    He was born in Salisbury, the son of the late A. C. and Gretchen
  (Otto) Broadwater.
    He was a self-employed painter and decorator and was a U.S. Navy
  veteran of World War II.  He was a member of the Emmanuel United
  Church of Christ.
    He is survived by his wife, Ruth (Shultz) Broadwater of Cuyahoga
  Falls; two sons:  Richard of Akron and Dean of Cuyahoga Falls; one
  daughter, Deana Kay Snider of Colorado; grandchildren:  Jason, Beth,
  Dean S. and Brittney Broadwater, and Elgin and Brica Snider.  He is
  also survived by one brother, Wayne of Maryland.
    Friends were received at McGowan-Reid and Santos Funeral Home. 
  Interment was held at North Memorial Gardens, Rev. Ray Deuring and
  Rev. William Davis of Meyersdale officiating.
