  BROADWATER
  
    Ida L. Broadwater, 94, of Berlin, formerly of Somerset, died Sept.
  11, 1996, at Meadow View Nursing Center.  Born Aug. 17, 1902, in
  Glencoe, daughter of William and Mary Hosselrode.  Preceded in death
  by parents; husband, William J.; one sister and one brother. 
  Survived by these children:  Luke J. of Berlin RD 4, and Mrs. Edwin
  (Marcella) Landis of Berlin RD 1; grandchildren:  Donna Brule and
  Wayne E. Broadwater; also great-granddaughter, Courtney Broadwater. 
  Graduate of Indiana Normal School.  Former schoolteacher.  Member of
  St. Paul's UCC, Somerset.  Former member of the Somerset County
  Historical Society.  Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m.
  Thursday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where service will be held
  at 11 a.m. Friday, Rev. Ralph G. Landis officiating.  Interment, Mt.
  Lebanon Cemetery.
