DOROTHY BROCHT

  Dorothy Brocht, nine-year-old daughter of Mrs. Mary Brocht, of Garrett, died 
Saturday, Dec. 20, in the Hazel McGilvery Hospital, where she underwent an 
operation a week previously.  Her father, Bruce Brocht, passed away several 
years ago.  She is survived by her mother, a sister, Mrs. Helen Fuller, of 
Garrett, and two brothers, Roy, of Casselman, and William, of Garrett.  Funeral 
services were conducted by Rev. George L. Detweiler, pastor of the Meyersdale 
Church of the Brethren.  Interment was in the Ridgeview Cemetery at Garrett.
