  JOHN H. BRODE
  
    John H. Brode, 74, of Eckhart, Md., died Oct. 5, 1980 in Sacred
  Heart Hospital.
    He was born in Frostburg, Md., and was a retired employee of
  Allegany Ballistics Laboratory, and was self-employed as an auto
  mechanic.
    He is survived by his widow, Naomi (Wright) Brode; two sons, John
  T. Brode, Meyersdale, and David Brode, Frostburg; three daughters,
  Mrs. Naomi McKee, Confluence; Mrs. Frances Ann Wisialowski, Wheeling,
  W.Va., and Mrs. Gail Criger, Fairfax, Va.; two sisters, Mrs. Agnes
  Wright and Mrs. May Pape, both of Eckhart; one brother, Hilary Brode,
  Frostburg; 18 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Sowers Funeral Home.
