  JAMES BROUCHER
  
    James Broucher, 63, of Friedens RD 2, died Feb. 22, 1979 at his
  residence.
    He was born Nov. 13, 1917 in Berlin, son of the late Charles and
  Jane (Belcher) Broucher.
    He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Hazel DeCouvy and Mrs. Harry
  (Martha) Hemminger, both of Akron, Ohio, five nieces and five nephews.
    He was preceded in death by two brothers, Eugene and Edward.
    He was a member of the Listie Brethren Church and Veteran of World
  War II.
    Friends were received at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home; where
  funeral service was conducted with the Rev. Herman Pickels
  officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery, Meyersdale.
