Brougher, 70, of Lincoln Place, Pittsburgh, formerly of Somerset, died Dec. 7, 1985, in Jefferson Hospital. Born Nov. 5, 1915, in Somerset, son of the late Frank and Pearl Brougher. Survived by his wife, Elizabeth (Long) Brougher; sons, Gary and Cary Lynn; daughter, Barbara Ann Rigby; and step-daughter, Susan (Conti) Beerman; eight grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. He was employed at United States Steel Irwin works for 30 years. He owned the Brougher Speed Shop. Family will receive friends 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Fred F. Bell Funeral Home, 1222 Muldowney Ave., Pittsburgh, where services will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. Daily American, December 9, 1985 [B2811]
