  BROUGHER
  
  Harry Melvin "Dutch" Brougher, 80, of Markleton RD 1, died April 14,
  1989, in Somerset Hospital.  Born June 11, 1908, in Kingwood a son of
  the late Charles A. and Minnie Belle (Romesburg) Brougher.  Surviving
  are his wife of 56 years, Ida Bowlby Brougher; a brother, Oscar M. of
  Kingwood; 10 nephews and 13 nieces.  Preceded in death by two
  brothers, Dr. Floyd Brougher of Delaware and Willis M. Brougher of
  Kingwood.  He was a member of the Center Church of the Brethren,
  Champion, Pa.  Friends are being received at the Humbert Funeral Home
  in Confluence, where services will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m., the
  Rev. Tom Singo officiating.  Interment in Kingwood I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
