Born Aug. 19, 1902 in Kingwood. Son of the late Charles A. and Minnie Belle (Romesburg) Brougher. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers Dr. Floyd Brougher, Willis M. Brougher and Harry Melvin Brougher. Survived by his wife of 77 years Gladys (Kreger) Brougher; daughter Yvonne DeLuke of Markleton; granddaughters Pamela Ann Noel of Ebensburg and Penny Lee Neimiller of Boswell; great-grandchildren Amy Lausterer of Quakertown, Candy Crow of Ebensburg, Nicole Noel of Florida, Jadon Cramer and Anna Cramer both of Boswell; step great-granddaughter Missy Ganley of Hawaii; great-great-grandchildren Calvin Crow, Branden and Jason Lausterer; and two step great-great-grandchildren Alisha and Jamie Ganley. Also nieces LaVerne Berryhill and Lee Brink both of Delaware and nephew Ray K. Brougher of Kingwood and a number of great-nieces and great-nephews. Member of Somerset Lodge 358 F.&A.M. and worked for Westinghouse Electric Corp. in east Pittsburgh for 43 years. An avid hunter, fisherman and gardener. Friends will be received from 2 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence where services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, the Rev. Richard Yates officiating. Interment Kingwood I.O.O.F.
