    The Rev. Arthur Brown Jr., 64, Hollsopple RD 1, died Oct. 10, 1987
  at Somerset Community Hospital.  Born June 21, 1923 in Jerome, son of
  Arthur Sr. and Dorcas May (Walker) Brown.  Preceded in death by
  father; daughter, Cheryl Elaine who died in 1975; and brother,
  Joseph, who died in 1987.  Survived by mother, Hollsopple RD 1; wife,
  the former Grace E. Plumb; son, The Rev. David Arthur, married to the
  former Janice Reed, St. Albans, Vt., grandchildren: Christopher,
  Mark, Stephen and Susanna.  Brother of:  Harold J., married to the
  former Dorothy Lint, Johnstown.  Member of Jerome Church of the
  Nazarene and D.A.V.  1949 graduate of Eastern Nazarene College,
  Wollaston, Mass.  Retired pastor, having served in churches of the
  Nazarene in: Columbiana, Warren, Salem, New Philadelphia and
  Youngstown, all in Ohio; New Castle and Royers Ford, both in Pa.;
  College Park, Md.; Trenton, N.J.; and Teays Valley, W. Va.  Air Force
  veteran of World War II.  Friends received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at
  Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell.  Service at 11 a.m.
  Tuesday at Jerome Church of the Nazarene where viewing will also be
  held 9:45 -10:45 a.m. with the Rev. Peter Scharler, pastor and the
  Rev. J. Roy Fuller, district superintendent, officiating. Interment,
  Wednesday in Sunset Hills Burial Park, Canton, Ohio.
