  ARTHUR P. BROWN
  
    Arthur P. Brown, 71, of Miller Street, Grantsville, Md., died Oct.
  31, 1981 at Memorial Hospital.
    He was born at Salisbury and was a son of the late Urias Brown and
  Savilla (Hetrick) Brown. He was a member of St. John's United Church
  of Christ, the Grantsville Senior Citizens and was a supervisor at
  the distribution center for Montgomery Ward in Baltimore prior to his
  retirement.
    He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Lula (Bittinger) Brown; one
  brother, Harold Brown of Pittsburgh; and one sister, Mrs. Dorothea
  Imhuff of Alexandria, Va.
    Funeral services were conducted at the Newman Funeral Home with the
  Rev. Connell Chaney officiating.  Interment was in the Salisbury
  Cemetery.
