  CASPER S. BROWN
  
    Casper S. Brown, 70, of Cumberland, died Sunday, Feb. 13, 1972 in
  Memorial Hospital, where he had been a patient for two months.
    Born in Lonaconing, Md., he was a son of the late Casper and Jennie
  (Stuart) Brown.  His wife, the former Mary J. Allen, of Meyersdale,
  preceded him in death.
    Mr. Brown was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Cumberland,
  and was a retired former manager of Kaplon's Men's Store, Cumberland.
    Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Jeanne A. Wilson, Cumberland; two
  brothers, Daniel and Berthold Brown, Cumberland; and four sisters:
  Mrs. Charlotte Shaffer, California; Mrs. Agnes Cox; Mrs. Bessie
  Arthur and Mrs. Helena Beal, Cumberland.
    Funeral service was conducted Wednesday afternoon in Silcox-Merritt
  Funeral Residence in Cumberland, with Rev. Richard E. Manning
  officiating.  Interment in Hillcrest Burial Park.
