  BROWN, Cynthia Dianne (Whitmire) 07/06/06 Daily American  
  
  Cynthia Dianne (Whitmire) Brown, 60, passed away July 1, 2006, at the UPMC 
  Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born April 16, 1946, in Berwick, she was 
  the daughter of the late Dana Whitmire and Miami Boone of Berwick. She and
  her husband, as well as their two children resided in the Harrisburg area
  for 30 years before moving to Somerset County. Survived by her loving 
  husband of 39 years, Donald H. Brown, Friedens. In addition to her husband, 
  she is survived by her beloved son and daughter, Michael D. Brown, 
  Mifflintown and Pamela D. (Brown) Covert, Harrisburg; two sisters, Tina
  Wood, Benton and Constance Geyer, Marietta, Ga. and one brother, Wayne
  Boone, Harrisburg; adored granddaughters, Makenzie Taylor Brown and Hallie
  Rae Brown, Mifflintown, and many nieces and cousins. Cynthia was a graduate
  of Berwick Area High School, Class of 1964. A memorial service will be held
  at 6 p.m. July 11 at the First Baptist Church of Juniata County,
  Mifflintown. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her
  name to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 1131, Fairfax, VA22038-
