  HAZEL M. BROWN
  
    Hazel M. Brown, 64, Maple Mountain Manor, Berlin, formerly of
  Windber, died July 22, 1983, at the manor.
    She was born July 23, 1918, in Windber, daughter of the late Otto
  W. and Esther (Topper) Brown.
    She is survived by these brothers and sisters: William, married to
  former Margaret Dietz, Sherburne, N.Y.; Nora C., wife of Lloyd G.
  Shank, Lake Mary, Fla.; Thelma, wife of J. Robert Lewis, Casselberry,
  Fla.; and Ralph W., married to former Bertha Blough, Orleans, Mich.;
  also several nieces and nephews.
    She was a member of Scalp Level Trinity United Methodist Church.
    Friends were received at The Shank-Dalla Valle Funeral Home,
  Windber, where services were held with the Rev. Clayton Gehman. 
  Interment, Grandview Cemetery.
