  HUBERT BROWN
  
    Hubert Brown, 71, of Salisbury, died Dec. 2, 1972, in Meyersdale. 
  Born Sept. 29, 1901, in Salisbury, he was a son of Harvey and Mary
  (Harding) Brown.
    Surviving are his wife, the former Nira Merrill; four sons, Hubert
  Jr., Richmond, Va.; James of Callimont; Richard and Jon, both of
  Salisbury; four daughters, Mrs. Audrainne Horning, Mrs. Margaret
  Schrock and Mrs. Marcia Thomas, all of Meyersdale; Rayetta Brant of
  Springs; 28 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; four brothers,
  Ralph Brown, Salisbury; Arthur, Meyersdale; Frank of Boswell; and
  George of Acosta; and three sisters, Mrs. Ellen Wagner, Meyersdale;
  Mrs. Annie Weimer, Sipesville; and Mrs. Lena McKenzie, Rockville, Md.
    Funeral service was held Tuesday afternoon in Thomas Funeral Home,
  Salisbury, with Rev. Daniel J. Whitacre and Rev. Robert L. Burns
  officiating.  Interment in Salisbury Cemetery.
