Born Oct. 22, 1921, in Somerset, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry G. Brown. Preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife, the former Bea Swan; and four children: Brenda, Craig, Val and Henry; his mother, Maude E. Brown of Somerset; a brother, George; and two sisters, Violet Pomroff and Sally O'Connor. On May 26, 1941, he enlisted in the U.S. Marines and was discharged May 26, 1946. He was retired from the B & O Railroad due to a service connected disability. Funeral services are in charge of the Vito C. Martucci Funeral Home, Connellsville, to be held Saturday, with burial in the Green Ridge Memorial Cemetery. Daily American, February 13, 1982 [B2909]
