JOHN S. BROWN

  John S. Brown, aged 76 years, 9 months and 13 days, died at his home in 
Larimer Township, on Wednesday, March 12, 1941.  He was a son of Samuel and Mary 
(Bittner) Brown and was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Brown, who died in 
1938.
  Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Fred E. Rogers of Akron, Ohio; and Mrs. 
Frank Dietle, of Greenville Township; one son, Frank R., at home; nine 
grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Frank Hoenshell, of Kane, and Mrs. Lila Tayman, 
of Akron, and one brother, Simon Brown, of Larimer Township.
  Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 15, at White 
Oak, Rev. S. D. Sigler will have charge of the service.  Interment will be made 
in the White Oak Cemetery by W. C. Price and Son, local morticians.
