    Mabel H. Brown, 94, Patriot Manor, Somerset, formerly of Friedens,
  died Aug. 15, 1993 at Somerset Hospital.  Born July 6, 1899 in Scalp
  Level.  Daughter of David and Lavina (Thomas) Parlette.  Preceded in
  death by parents; husband, Howard D.; six sisters and two brothers. 
  Survived by a daughter, Mrs. Victor (Annabelle) Morocco, Somerset RD
  2; granddaughter, Mrs. Garvin (Sandy) Kissinger of Doylestown;
  grandson, Thomas D. married to former Nancy Ickiewicz of Butler; five
  great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandson.  Member of Friedens
  Lutheran Church.  Family will receive friends from noon until service
  at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, Rev. James R.
  Ling officiating.  Interment, Friedens Lutheran Cemetery.  Memorial
  contributions may be given to Friedens Lutheran Church, Friedens, PA,
