Brown, 68, of Jennerstown died unexpectedly Dec. 21 at Lake Worth, Fla. He was born July 19, 1904, in West Virginia, as son of Burt A. and Minnie M. Flemming Brown. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Mrs. Margaret Gilbert; and a brother Tidal B. killed in World War I. He is survived by his widow, the former Mae Wright; and a daughter, Winnie Mae, at home. He was proprietor of Bill's Diner for many years in Jennerstown. He was also a long-time Democratic committeeman in Jennerstown and a member of Laurel Trinity Lutheran Church, Jennerstown. He was also a member of the Jennerstown Fire Department. Friends will be received from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the Joseph H. Hoffman Funeral Home, 227 Allegheny St., Boswell, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday by the Rev. Ralph E.
