Brubaker, 92, of Ankeny Avenue, Somerset, died Feb. 16, 1981, in Somerset Community Hospital. Born Sept. 14, 1888, in Lincoln Township, son of William H. and Ida Belle (Launtz) Brubaker. Preceded in death by parents; first wife, Emma Frances Eisler; one daughter, Grace Wilson; and one son, Ralph M. Survived by his wife, Bessie (Odell) Brubaker; and these children: Luther W., Somerset; Blanche Shuster, Jeanette; and Anna Mae Carver, Big Fork, Mont.; also, 19 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Long, Somerset; and a brother, John of Erie. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Somerset. A retired B&O Railroad machinist. Member of Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen and Historical and Genealogical Society of Somerset County. Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Tuesday (today) in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home and Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services at the funeral home Thursday 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. H.
