Brubaker, 60, of North Rosina Ave., Somerset, died Feb. 9, 1981, at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born March 24, 1920, in Somerset, son of Maurice Brubaker, Somerset, and the late Emma Frances Eisler. Also preceded in death by one sister. Survived by wife, the former Anaruth Bittner; and children: Robert, Lewisburg; Barbara, wife of James Minerd, Syracuse; Roger, Ebensburg; and Emma, wife of Eric Horn, Johnstown; also seven grandchildren. Brother of: Luther, Somerset; Blanche Shuster, Jeanette; and Anna May Carver, Big Foot, Mont. Member First Christian Church, Somerset; Sharon Lodge No. 668 F&AM, New Castle Consistory, Zem Zem Shrine, Erie; and VFW. A retired supervisor of maintenance of Cooper-Jarrett Trucking Co. and a veteran of World War II. Friends received after 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home where services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. Gene Sellers officiating. Interment, Casebeer Lutheran Cemetery.
