   Melvin E. Bruck, 60, Berlin, died Feb. 15, 2007, at home. Born Oct. 15, 1946, in Glen
  Savage, son of Alvin and Ruth (Harmon) Bruck. Preceded in death by his Father. Survived
  by mother, Ruth; sons, Kevin, married to the former Shirley Spory, Fairhope; and Keith,
  married to the former Lisa Graby, Gettysburg; grandsons, Andrew, Alex, Joel, and Mark. A
  brother to Carol Restley, married to Frank, New Baltimore; Clara Smith, married to Don,
  Glencoe; and Wilma Fetter, married to Dave, New Paris. Also survived by his girlfriend,
  Carol Paquette, Berlin; and his former wife, Shirley Mae Bruck, Fairhope. He was a
  Vietnam veteran who served in the U.S. Army and an independent owner/operator truck
  driver for over 30 years. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 554, Meyersdale, New Baltimore
  Sportsmen's Club, Somerset County Trucker's Association, Berlin Sportsmen's Association,
  American Legion Post 0445, Berlin and VFW Post 554. Family will receive friends from 2 to
  4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where a Masonic service will be
  held at 7 p.m. Service 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, the Rev. James Dugan
  officiating. Private interment at St. John the Baptist Cemetery. The Somerset County
  Honor Guard will provide military honors at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of
  flowers, memorial contributions may be given to American Heart Association, 400 Luray
  Ave.,  Johnstown, PA 15904.
