Bruck, Sr., 79, Berlin, died April 6, 2006, at Somerset Hospital. He was born on Sept. 27, 1926, at Dividing Ridge, a son of Frank and Clara (Felton) Bruck. Preceded in death by parents; an infant grand-daughter, Bobette Zelasko; and a brother, Alvin. Survived by his wife of 62 years Charlotte "Lottie" (Persuhn) Bruck; his children, William Bruck Jr. and his wife, Nancy, Mount Pleasant; Ray Bruck, Somerset; Diana and her husband, Frank Zelasko, Indian Head; and Ricky Bruck, Berlin. Also survived by 12 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Brother of Bernadine Sarver, Berlin; Ida Taylor, Millerstown; and Frank Bruck, Cumberland, Md. William is a World War II Army veteran and was a retired surveyor from Penn DOT. He was a member of Somerset Christian Fellowship where he served on the board. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin. Additional viewing Sunday from 1 p.m. until the time of service at 2 p.m. at Somerset Christian Fellowship. The Rev. William Dodson officiating. Interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to Somerset International Bible College, 600 E. Main St., Somerset, PA 15501. Military service at the church by the Somerset County Honor Guard.
