Brugh, 68, of Swissvale, formerly of Rockwood, died Dec. 24, 1977, at his residence. Born May 31, 1929 in New Centerville, son of the late Luther and Edna (Henry) Brugh. Preceded in death by brothers; Paul and Harold Brugh. Survived by sisters, Lena Miller of New Centerville and Mrs. Earl (Alice) Deal of Friedens; five nieces and four nephews He was a retired school teacher and a long-time supervisor of art instructors in Pittsburgh area school districts. Graduate of Somerset Area High School and Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Member of the Pennsylvania State Educators Association. Friend will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home, Rockwood, where funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, Pastor John Palko officiating.
