  BRUNER
  
  A memorial service for Virginia (Miller) Bruner, 94, of Weslaco,
  Texas, will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 6, at Horner Lutheran
  Church, 415 Horner Church Road, Stoystown.  The Rev. Kathleen Kuehl
  will officiate.  Mrs. Bruner died April 15, 2002, in Weslaco.  She
  was born Jan. 16, 1908, a daughter of John Stuft and Kathrene
  Holderbaum Miller.  She was a 1925 graduate of Somerset High School
  and a 1930 graduate of Jefferson Medical College.  She had a career
  in the nursing field, sang in many church choirs and with the
  Pennsylvania Choral Society in Philadelphia.  She was preceded in
  death by her husband of 40 years, Elwin C. Bruner.
