  EUGENE J. BRUNO
  
  Eugene J. Bruno, 89, Meyersdale, died Aug. 4, 2004, at The Patriot in
  Somerset.  Born Nov. 5, 1914, in Meyersdale, a son of the late Thomas and
  Madilena (Panicki) Bruno.  Also preceded in death by his wife, the former Mary
  Ryland; three brothers and five sisters.  Survived by a son, Anthony P. Bruno,
  Somerset; daughter, Vicki M. Slater, Satellite Beach, Fla.; and a sister,
  Louise Rossi, El Paso, Texas.  Gene was a veteran of the U.S. Army World War
  II and was a member of the American Legion Post 112, VFW Post 3504 and the
  DAV.  Friends will be received Friday 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. time of service at the
  Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where a service will be conducted.  The Rev.
  James Dugan officiating.  Interment SS Philip and James Cemetery.  Donations
  may be made to the Pa. Association for Retarded Citizens of Somerset County.
