    Shirley Ann Buchko, 71, Somerset, went to be with the Lord, July 15, 2007 at The
  Patriot. Born Nov. 22, 1935, in Dennison, Ohio, a daughter of Stewart Marion and Dorothy
  Marie (Ferguson) Fowler. Preceded in death by parents. Survived by husband, the Rev. John
  Buchko to whom she was married 46 years; children, Jhonda Michelle Buchko, Lancaster;
  Gregory Jerome Buchko, Jackson Hole, Wyo.; Mrs. Thomas (Melissa) Emert, Annapolis, Md.;
  granddaughter, Skylar Elizabeth Emert. A sister to Gary Fowler and wife, Doris, Hoschton,
  Ga.; Dean Fowler and wife, Pat, Richfield, Ohio; and Mrs. David (Marlene) Bomar, Nampa,
  Idaho. A 1953 graduate of Burgettstown High School. Also attended the Wayne Bible College
  in Indiana and graduated as an LPN from the nursing school in Danville, associated with
  Geisinger Medical Center. She spent her life as a devoted homemaker, pastor's wife and
  nurse. Also an active member of the Somerset Church of the Nazarene where she was a
  pianist for 17 years. She also led the Women's Ministries for the Pittsburgh District for
  several years. She also enjoyed reading and writing to friends and sending acknowledgments
  of their special occasions. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the
  Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset and one hour prior to the service at the church,
  which will be con-ducted at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Somerset Church of the Nazarene. The
  Rev. Dr. Stephen W. Dillman officiating. Interment, St. John's Cemetery. Memorial
