    James Buchkoski, 71, Ebensburg, passed away Aug. 19, 2007, at home. Born Oct. 20, 1935,
  in Seward, son of the late John and Mary (Milalick) Buchkoski. Preceded in death by
  brother, Nick. Survived by wife of 40 years, the former Shirley Zerfoss; brother, John
  Jr., Charles; sisters, Eva O'Herrick, Arizona; Olga Tchir, California and Stephanie
  Berezansky, Charles; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received
  from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes Inc., Ebensburg,
  where funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday. The Very Rev. Frank P. Miloro
  officiating. Interment, Armagh Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in James' memory
  may be made to The American Cancer Society.
