MAURICE O. BUCK

  Rev. Father Maurice O. Buck, 34, pastor of St. Peter's Catholic Church, 
Somerset, from 1927 to 1930 and a member of a well-known Cresson, Pa., family, 
died recently at the home of a cousin, Edward O'Neil, of Pittsburgh.  Father 
Buck's health began to fail while he was stationed at Somerset.  His successor 
at Somerset was Rev. Father Manning who is still pastor of the Catholic 
congregation at the county seat.
