  Gladys J. Buratty, 80, Berlin, went to be with the Lord on Dec. 21, 2005, at
  Meadow View Nursing Center.
  
  She was born on July 13, 1925, in New Baltimore, a daughter of the late Edward
  H. and Mary (Landsman) Buratty. Preceded in death by brothers, Roger, Robert
  and Donald; sisters, Betty Coughenour, Frances Buratty and Grace Johnson.
  Survived by a sister, Rachael (Robert) Feight, Breezewood; brothers, Clifford
  (Theresa) Buratty, Breezewood; and Jay (JoAnn) Buratty, Berlin; and several
  nieces and nephews. She had attended Berlin Brothersvalley School. She was a
  member of St. Gregory's Catholic Church in Macdonaldton. Family will receive
  friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin.
  Funeral Mass 12 p.m. Saturday at St. Gregory's Church. The Rev. James Dugan
  officiating. Interment in church cemetery.
