Berlin R.D. 5 Youth Fatally Injured in Automobile Disaster

  BERLIN, Sept. 25 - Robert Buratty, 17, of Berlin R.D. 5, died in the Mt. 
Pleasant Hospital last Thursday at 2:05 a.m., from injuries received in an 
automobile accident on Route 31, near Jones' Mills, about an hour before his 
death.
  His body was brought to the Johnson Funeral Home in Berlin where friends were 
received until Saturday at 10 a.m., when funeral services were held in St. John 
the Baptist Church, New Baltimore, with Rev. Father Sebastian Uranour 
officiating.  Interment in the New Baltimore cemetery.
  Robert was a son of Edward and Mary Landsman Buratty.  He is survived by his 
parents and the following brothers and sisters: Rachel, Clifford, Gladys, Betty, 
Grace and Jay, all at home.  His grandmother, Mrs. Joseph Buratty, also 
survives.
