  Anna "Frances" Fern (Cauffiel) Burek, 85, Somerset, formerly of Boswell, died
  Aug. 15, 2005, at The Patriot. Born Oct. 20, 1919, in Jenner Township, she is
  the daughter of the late John E. and Rachael E. (Rhoads) Cauffiel Sr. Also
  preceded in death by husband, John Stanislaw Burek, who died April 8, 1962; and
  brothers, Daniel and John E. Cauffiel Jr. Survived by children, Mrs. Dennis J.
  (Sandra L.) Barron and John R. Burek, both of Somerset; and a beloved
  granddaughter, Lindsay Rachael Barron, Somerset. Member of Benscreek Lutheran
  Church. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Robert H.
  Halverson Funeral Home. A service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in the
  Samuel's Lutheran Church. The Rev. Will Osman officiating. Interment in Jenner
  Township Baptist Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Somerset "In Touch"
  Hospice, 1590 N. Center Ave., Somerset, PA 15501
