  BURKE
  
    Edward E. Burke, 49, Meyersdale, died March 24, 1988 in Meyersdale
  Community Hospital.  Born June 9, 1938 in Meyersdale, son of the late
  Harry E. and Mary (Gibbons) Burke.  Survived by two sisters:  Lois,
  wife of Lloyd Smearman, Meyersdale; and Jane, wife of Leonard Miller,
  Meyersdale Rd 3; five nephews, one niece and one great-niece.  Member
  of the Meyersdale Fire Department; Maple Leaf Rod and Gun Club;
  American Legion Home Aid Association.  Friends will be received in
  the Leckemby Funeral Home Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where services
  will be held Saturday at 2 p.m., with the Rev. James Fish
  officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery.
