    Ardith L. Burkett, 76, Simi Valley, Calif., died April 10, 1999 in
  Simi Valley.  Born Sept. 8, 1922 in Somerset County, daughter of the
  late Jesse and Dora (Reese) Pletcher.  Preceded in death by husband,
  Merle F. Burkett, who died Oct. 9, 1958.  Private graveside service
  and interment were held Saturday, April 17, 1999 at St. John's
  Cemetery.  Arrangements by Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home.
