    Charles A. Burkett, 79, of Gray, died March 27, 1973 in Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Friends received after 2 p.m. Thursday at Joseph
  G. Hoffman Funeral Home (successor to Donald B. Hay) 49 Main St.,
  Boswell.  Other arrangements are incomplete.

      Charles A. Burkett, 79, of Gray, died March 27, 1973,
  at Somerset Community Hospital.  Friends will be received after 2
  p.m. today in the Joseph G. Hoffman Funeral Home, (successor to
  Donald B. Hay), 409 Main St., Boswell, where prayer service will be
  held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday followed by funeral service at 2 p.m. at
  Laurel Trinity Lutheran Church, Jennerstown, the Rev. Ralph E. Blair
  Jr. officiating.  Interment in Maple Spring Cemetery near Jerome.
