  Larry Merle Burkett, 63, Simi Valley, Calif., died Nov. 23, 2006. Born June 20,
  1943, in Somerset, a son of Merle Franklin and Ardith Loraine (Pletcher)
  Burkett. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Gregory and Roger Burkett.
  Survived by children, Larry Burkett Jr. and Kim Hubley, both of Toledo, Ohio;
  Shawn Burkett, Erie, Mich.; Jerry Burkett, Spokane, Wash.; and Tammy Pleasant,
  Marion, Ohio; 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Brother of Merle
  Burkett and Jerry Burkett, Simi Valley; and sister, Diane Mahoney, Canyon
  County, Calif. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at 2 p.m.
  Saturday at the St. John's Cemetery, Somerset. Arrangements by the
  Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset.
