  POLLY JO BURKETT
  
    Polly Jo Burkett, 26, died June 1, 1980 in Hershey Medical Center.
    She was born Feb. 5, 1954 in Altoona, she was a daughter of Ralph
  Frantz, Cameltown and Mrs. Shirley Brubaker, Altoona.
    She was a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God church.
    Surviving besides her parents are her husband, John D. Burkett; two
  sons, David John Burkett and Jason Todd Burkett, both at home; four
  brothers: Samuel C. Frantz, Tyrone; Calvin H. Frantz, McConnellsburg;
  Ralph Frantz Jr., California; David C. Frantz, Altoona; three
  sisters:  Melodylee Frantz and Mrs. Pennylou Bowser, both of Altoona
  and Mrs. Garillyn Ortiz, Harrisburg.
    Friends were received at the Zeigler Funeral Home where services
  were conducted with the Rev. Edward Murray officiating. Interment
  will be in Madley Cemetery, RD 1, Buffalo Mills.
