  ZUMA MARY BURKETT
  
  Zuma Mary Burkett, 86, Ellerslie, died Friday, July 16, 2004, at The Patriot
  in Somerset.  Born September 14, 1917, in Denmar, W.Va., she is the daughter
  of the late Charles Frank and Nelia Jane (Thompson) Stiner.  She was preceded
  in death by her husband, William Edward Burkett in 1993.  Mrs. Burkett is
  survived by her two daughters, Patricia White, Cumberland, Md.; and Billie S.
  Lyzbicki and her husband, Dale, Somerset; two grandchildren, Shari Bell and
  her husband, Rod, Jr., Virginia Beach, Va.; and Eddie Lyzbicki and his wife,
  Angie, Somerset; and two great grandchildren, Brooke and Brelyn Bell,
  Virginia Beach, Va.  Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, July
  19, at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur Street, Cumberland,
  Md., (www.adamsfamilyfuneralhome.com), where a funeral service will be
  conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 20.  Her son-in-law, the Rev. Dale Lyzbicki,
  officiating.  Interment will be at Rest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
