  BURKHART
  
    Mrs. Alice Burkhart, 85, of Meyersdale died Feb. 6, 1973 in
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.  Born June 4, 1887 at Meyersdale RD 3,
  the daughter of the late Alvin and Ellen (Saylor) Fike.  Survived by
  her husband, Sylvester; five sons: Merle, Waterloo, Iowa; Nevin,
  Meyersdale; John and Robert, both of Southgate, Mich.; and William of
  Lincoln Park, Mich.; two daughters: Mrs. Martha Mostoller of Taylor,
  Mich., and Mrs. Marian Smith of Salix; 12 grandchildren and four
  great-grandchildren. Friends will be received after 2 p.m.
  Wednesday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where services will
  be conducted Thursday at 3:30 p.m. with the Rev. John Glick and the
  Rev. Paul Snyder officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery, Meyersdale.
