Deceased was born in Fairhope Township and about ten years ago, the family removed to their present home. Miss Burkhart was aged at the time of her death 26 years, 7 mos. and 28 days. She was very highly esteemed by all who knew her and was a consistent member of the Evangelical Church. The funeral will take place Friday, Rev. A. G. Mead officiating with interment in the Cramer Cemetery, Fairhope Township. Besides her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Burkhart, the following brothers and sisters are living: Henry, William; Mrs. W. P. Gross and Mrs. Henry Meyers, all of Cumberland; Mrs. Walter Lohr, Garrett; Mrs. Mahlon Saylor, Mrs. C. C. Boyer and Mrs. Cyrus Forespring, all of Meyersdale, and Sylvester, at home.
