  Barry J. Burkholder, 59, Richmond, Va., passed away at his residence Oct. 22,
  2006. He is preceded in death by his parents Richard and Mildred (Brant)
  Burkholder. He is survived by his sister, Myrna Burkholder of Somerset; and a
  close friend, Sharon Alexander. Barry was a former general manager and
  accountant for the Richmond Downtown Club, with 36 years of service, and an
  organist for the Carlisle Avenue Baptist Church, also a U.S. Air Force veteran
  and fought in the Vietnam War. Music was Barry's lifetime love. Interment
  private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church, 2010 Carlisle
  Ave., Richmond, Va., 23201
