  CHARLES S. BURKHOLDER
  
    Charles S. Burkholder, 80, of Meyersdale RD 1, died Monday at his
  residence.
    Born May 25, 1896 in Summit Township, he was a son of the late
  Nelson and Mary (Engle) Burkholder.  His wife, Vera (Fitzgerald)
  Burkholder preceded him in death.
    He is survived by a son, Donald Burkholder, Pittsburgh; two
  sisters: Mrs. Amanda Dowie, Somerset and Mrs. Ida Stevanus, New
  Centerville and a grandson.
    Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Price Funeral Home,
  with Rev. Raymond Davis officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery.
