IRVIN D. BURKHOLDER

  Irvin D. Burkholder, 43, died at his home on Garrett R.D., Wednesday 
afternoon, May 20, 1942.  He was unmarried.  Mr. Burkholder, the son of Harvey 
and Savilla (Christner) Burkholder, was born on January 11, 1899.  Surviving are 
two brothers, Leonard, at home, and Charles Burkholder, whose address is 
unknown, and two sisters, Nellie and Laura Burkholder, both of Somerset.
  Funeral services will be held in the Center Lutheran Church Friday morning, 
May 22, at 10:30 by the Rev. Ellwood Stahl, church pastor, under the direction 
of H. R. Konhaus, Meyersdale mortician.
