  MILDRED SARAH BURKHOLDER
  
    Mildred Sarah Burkholder, 79, of Friedens, died Nov. 3, 2000 in
  Somerset.  Born Dec. 24, 1920 in Somerset.  She was a daughter of
  John Gordon and Elsie Florence (Emert) Brant.  Preceded in death by
  parents; husband, Richard C. Burkholder, who died May 10, 1988;
  brothers Kenneth Brant and J. Gordon Brant, Jr.; sister Blanche
  Brant.  Survived by children, Myrna J. Burkholder of Somerset; Barry
  J. Burkholder of Richmond, Va.; and sister, Mrs. Gloria Gall of
  Gettysburg.  Member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church. 
  Visitation and funeral service were conducted at 3:30 p.m. Sunday
  Nov. 5, at the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church, Somerset, with
  the Rev. Dennis A. Fetter officiating.  Interment, Pleasant Hill
  Cemetery.  Contributions can be sent to Pleasant Hill United
  Methodist Church, 337 Mountain View Rd., Friedens, Pa. 15541.
