  Edith M. Burnsworth, 86, Mill Run, died Oct. 19, 2006, in Somerset Hospital.
  Born July 15, 1920, in Stewart Township, Fayette County, a daughter of Edward
  and Rose (Henning) Thorpe. Preceded in death by parents and husband Bruce
  Burnsworth. Survived by sons Paul Thorpe, Samuel Thorpe and Bruce ÒEdÓ
  Burnsworth, daughters Ardith Rugg, Carol Daniels and Deborah Williams, all of
  Mill Run. Also survived by 12 grand-children, 15 great-grandchildren and two
  great-great-grandchildren; and a sister Marie VanSickle, Smithfield. Friends
  will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  the hour of service, Monday, in the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence. Interment
  in Normalville Cemetery.
